We love our sponsors!
Gateway JUG sponsors are an integral part of our team. They provide our meeting refreshments and many of our door prizes. There may be other opportunities to support the JUG through event and training sponsorships.
In exchange, we give them a front row seat in meeting and addressing our members at the meetings and online. Hard selling is not allowed, but building long-term relationships with developers is encouraged.
Becoming a Sponsor
Becoming a sponsor is easy. Simply contact vice-president@gatewayjug.org to let our VP know who you are, what your company does, and when you'd like to sponsor a meeting. Once approved, our VP will alert you to the next sponsorship opportunity.
Posting Job Announcements
To post jobs on our site, you'll first be granted access as a Junior Author. You can then log onto the blog service and create a job posting. As a Junior Author, your postings will be moderated by us. Once we see you post a couple of positions correctly, we'll promote you to Guest Author. This will allow you to post without moderation.
Important: You must specify your job posting as belonging in the "Jobs" category.
Visitors to the site can then view your posting by clicking on the Jobs category link.
Besides our JUG members, your JUG job postings will now be advertised on blog search engines as well, so don't be surprised if someone out of town contacts you about the position!
When the position is filled or no longer available, please delete your own postings. (As Junior or Guest Author, it may be that you need to contact president@gatewayjug.org to request the posting be deleted.)
